'BrimKnollPark started from a heartfelt aspiration: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza to Roma. Initiated by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop opened as a quaint, family-operated venue boasting recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, grasped the essence of pizza creation during her journeys across Italy, gleaning knowledge from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her aim was to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, by adhering to time-honored techniques and selecting premium ingredients.
Our once modest 12-seat pizza parlor has flourished into a cherished neighborhood jewel. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuineness stays unaltered. We persist in employing traditional wood-fire ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and seeking out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'BrimKnollPark' is still under familial patronage, with the Bianchi progeny steering our fervent team. Even as we've adopted new methods, the core of our enterprise remains: crafting delectable, authentic pizza that unites folk.
